  • Understanding that all goods may be subject to inspection

3. Third-Party Risk

DeliveryPage does not accept responsibility for:

  • Delays or issues caused by logistics partners
  • Customs seizures or import/export restrictions
  • Acts of God, strikes, or geopolitical conditions affecting delivery

4. General Waiver

Use of this platform is at your own risk. By proceeding, you waive DeliveryPage from liability for losses outside of our operational scope.
